The family of a taxi driver killed along with one of his passengers in a three car crash near Staplehurst have paid tribute to him saying: "He will be missed forever.'' Multiple sexual assault charges have been filed in California against a 19-year-old college student — and authorities are encouraging other potential victims to come forward.
