But questions about the appropriateness of the attire are now focused on a different celebrity. This year, Kim Kardashian wore the iconic sparkling garment to the Met Gala. Assuming that none of the various owners of the dress ever secretly tried it on, Kardashian is now the first person since Monroe to put on the gown.

The iconic Harrods department store’s former owner, Egyptian-born businessman Mohamed Al Fayed, passed away at the age of 94. His family confirmed his death through a statement released by the Fulham Football Club, stating that he peacefully passed away of old age on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Early Years and Career Beginnings Born on January 27, 1929, in Alexandria, Egypt, Al Fayed was the eldest son of an Egyptian primary school teacher from Asyut.
